Great experience traveling through Oregon. The van was comfortable and had just about everything we needed for our trip. The bed was very comfortable, the sink and refridgerator worked well and the stove was perfect for moring coffee and evening tea. The staff was very easy going yet professional and very helpful. I highly recommend Excursion Van Rentals.

We had a very positive experience renting a campervan for my adult daughter and I to attend my niece's wedding at a wilderness camp near Castle Rock. Austen was super friendly and helpful throughout the process in answering my many questions prior to rental, picking us up at the airport and accommodating us with compassion when our flight was cancelled and we lost a few days of our vacation. The electric cooler was convenient and better than dealing with ice. The camp stove was handy for quick-serve meals and boiling water for tea, but heavy-prep cooking would have been more of a challenge due to space limitations. I was a bit worried about driving a larger vehicle but the van was easy to maneuver. Be sure to download offline maps before your trip if you plan to travel in wilderness areas.

Highly recommend! My partner and I spent 8 days driving their Vanny Devito 2022 RAM ProMaster around Oregon and Washington. The van is well maintained, clean, and drove more like my Jeep at home than other large vans I’ve rented in the past. We had zero issues with the van during our trip! Austen and Christian have made sure that the van has all of the basic amenities you need for a great van life experience! Bed was super comfortable and there are plenty of charging ports for your phone/watch/etc. The roof fan was clutch on nights when it was warm.

The van was great to have on the road, but wasn’t super insulated for the cold nights and the dispersed camping i had planned for my week. Would more suggest using the van for summer months if going to regular campsites (especially to refill the water tank which is only via hose attachment). I’m really glad I had the van overall and Austin was very kind throughout the process, I just wish the van had been more able to handle my backcountry dream trip.

The booking process being online and with all the extra insurance is a great way to cut down on the check-in process. Thanks for being understanding and flexible with the pick-up and drop off times. The van was great, it was everything we (dogs included) needed for the weekend trip. Thank you!

Austen was a great communicator and helpful. Miracle Whip has major mechanical and safety issues. The transmission, AC, windshield wipers were barely functional and the rear view mirror was missing. The backup camera is tiny, the windows and locks were all manual. The van itself was probably an old work vehicle. There wasn't a place to store anything while driving, most importantly a phone (for much-needed GPS) or a drink within reach of the driver. Overall, the van experience was minimalistic and nothing fancy but acceptable for the price paid. However, being mechanically sound and safe is 100% mandatory at any price. Would probably rent from Austen's company again but Miracle Whip is in need of a major overhaul or is ready to retire.

AMAZING VAN, AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The camper van was very spacious, clean, and had all the essentials we could’ve anticipated. Austen was extremely accommodating and got back to us very quickly concerning any questions.
